Anyone email the affiliate program owner yet?

Just wondering if maybe the guy resold the banners to him and he doesn't know anything about it.

Good thought though I wouldn't think the domain would be using DomainsByProxy... He could easily say that's what happened though. I would suggest emailing the owner a C&D and if he doesn't respond / pay then make a report to DomainsByProxy and talk to the host, biller, etc..

Hello all. My name is Jonas I am the owner of ImExposed.com. It has been brought to my attention that one of my part time employees has stolen some banners without paying for them. And for that I am deeply sorry for this. I instructed this new part time person to make some banners for the affiliate program to help promote the site and told him he could use this board to get some ideas. In no way did I approve of him stealing from anyone or using my screen name. This is bad karma, he is no longer working for me any I have found Tootie and paid for the banner she made. Also have purchased more work from her.

Please don?t let one person mess up my name and or the site. I have fixed the problem and when I work with anyone again I will pay in advance for whatever I am seeking to show I am not trying to cheat anyone.

Sounds to me like the $100 was a better alternative to the bad publicity. There should be some way to regulate these kinds of contests.
