I was born and raised in the WPG.. what club did you go to? If it was a club like Tijuana Yacht Club or something he's probably at the hotel. There's always tons of hotties from North Dakota who aren't 21 and come up to winnipeg to drink cause of the 18 drinking age in manitoba. I wouldnt worry too hard, its not like he's lost in a huge city. The only shitty thing is you guys are in gimli in that case I'd wait till crunch time then head to the airport.
