While Mary34d does do an awful lot of bullshitting on this board, so do many others. No one believes any of them, atleast that's what I tell myself. I mean, Mary34d being a graduate of Columbia University is so laughable as to be pathetic. It kind of makes me feel bad for her that she has to make up lies to make her everyday life seem less mundane. Self esteem issues obviously.

Um, I guess you havent read any other of my threads or replies. I usually hop on in and bash the men as well if I feel they are full of shit. Mary might have traffic, or we might have arranged a trade. I really wouldnt know. I have been crucified as well on this board for posts I myself have made. You gotta take it with a grain of salt. Mary, you don't need to prove anything. I think that if someone is going to bash another person regarding intelligence, they should be prepared to first prove themselves. So far Sarah hasn't shown much of anything other than playground name calling. Yes Yes .. we know Sarah is sick of hearing about your life, but there are more 'intelligent' ways of dealing with her frustrations.

After San Diego there was a loving bitch session by AaronM about women in this industry being drama queens. Throwing fits about not getting enough attention, etc.

WTF - I've been in this business in one form or another since 1995. I've come to the conclusion there are basically 2 types of women in this industry -

1. Women who do businesses - which is why some and I would say most of the most powerful people in this business are women. Short list - Aly, Peaches, CJ, Kathi, and the list marches on and on......

2. Content/Talent/Eye Candy - Unfortunately a lot of companies brilliantly so decided that geeky webmasters would much rather talk to pretty girls then other geeky webmasters - fortunately some were actually pretty and smart - Unfortunately most were not. Their sole job was to look pretty say cute things and keep the guy with the traffic thinking he's going to get laid if he jokes, supports and sends traffic to these girls - HEY IT WORKED!!!


Bad thing is that people keep confusing women who are actually #1 with women who are #2.

So I understand Sarah's issue............ I'm issuing T-shirts to people who qualify as #1's that say "I'm NOT Talent" and those who qualify as #2 that say "I'm JUST Talent"

As far as Mary and her degrees etc..... The web was established as an escape hatch to be what you want to be or you wish to be. That has becomed so blurred by people who don't pretend its impossible to know either way.

The boards have become a source of self promotion, espeically GFY.... Taking it to far is always a problem.

If she can prove she holds all of these degress, it would be fantastic. I would have nothing but the utmost of respect for her if she can prove that she is as intelligent as she claims to be. Post the degrees. Post the links to the university graduate list, they years she graduated from these accredited Ivy league schools, the programs she took. I would be happy to give her props if she did that.
