whats the top converting site? whats the amount pps? do you offer revshare, and if so whats the split? do you provide hosting? and if so do you allow a complaint every now and again? if i send volume do i get a better deal? whats the adv conversion with tgp traffic? mailer traffic? 404 traffic? do you pay on exits? do you count 1st page, 2nd page, 3rd page and join page hits?

Mailer conversion is usually around 1:200 that is conservative...depends on the lists...Tgp if i had to guess is about 1:700 and 404 is way to hard to figure out the ratio...depends on the traffic.
