First of all, you cannot be fat with that BMI!!
But if you really want to lose weight: Sleazy is right, eating breakfast made me finally lose some weight 2 years ago, like 15 lbs. Drink a lot of water too, at least 2 liters a day. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, go for a 30 min. run every other day and do pushups and situps afterwards.
If you don't have time to work out, try to combine things. For example, you could also meet your friends while swimming or playing tennis, for example.
And try to stay away from alcohol. If you really want to drink something at a party or so, just take light stuff like gin/tonic or vodka/orange.
Take fruit if you long for chocolate, take a gum, or brush your teeth, call a friend... anything that takes your mind away from the chocolate!
