that's a bunch of BS..
cheaters have proven time and time again they have the ability to constantly change.
what the whois If is banned? hell that's as easy to make up as a new domain name..
What IP and domain banned? hell they get new class C's and new domains daily
what, name server banned?, they get new name servers daily
so your gallery looks the same or it has the same referral Id? No problem for a cheat.. he'll just steal someone else's.
So now it's the registrar that's banned.. whoa that's a hard one, damn guess they will just have to give up now.. Oh wait.. how longs that take now with the new quicker update times? probably 30 mins and a new domains is new to go. Yep that solved a lot.
