ok you know what?? I am the girl that has been thrown into a situation very similar to this incident and I was smart enough to find a way out.

I DO NOT think that this is a laughing matter so think your own thoughts but when you post them on a public board, you better expect to get some responses! I'm sorry you went through something similar, but please... I have read novels that had passages involving rapes. Ever read "Clan of the Cave Bear" by Jean Auel? A 10 yr old girl gets raped in that book. Just because you went though some REAL horrific situation, doesn't mean people shouldn't be allowed to write (or fantasize) about that type of situation.

ok, I am following along CD. I get what you're saying and I'm not getting worked up. I actually tried to edit the post but I took too long.

I'm not saying that ppl can't think it or imagine these thoughts. It's the way in which his statement came out and the manner. It was as if he was taunting everyone.

We work in a touchy industry (no pun intended) and things are always being misconstrued or blow out of proportion. Now what I am trying to get at is that should these types of comments be acceptable? What if he DID something like this?

He's definitely not the first twit to limp onto the board and taunt everyone will attitude. I can think of one or two others right off the top of my head.... but I digress.

He certainly won't be the last. Odie, you definitely have the right to tell the guy you think he's a twit for posting that. But I'm happy to say you can't have someone put in jail for writing about something like this. Then he should be made to answer for it.

Again, in order for a crime to be commited, you have to have what's called a VICTIM. Unless there is a victim somewhere in all this, not to mention a "Porshe"... then it must be pretty much all one twit's fantasy. When I don't like someone else's written fantasy, I simply don't read anything else they write about.

Rapes are only prosecuted when the victim presses charges. I agree with you though if it's true it was rape.

What I should have done is "ignor" this thread.

If a person was really raped they probably would have called the police themself, or more often that not, told a friend or someone else who would then call the police.

And yes, if it actually happened then it's rape. I would of buckled up, and hoped to God that the person was joking. I would of then waited to get out of the car and reported them.

Or the girl could have done it, and then gone to the police.

If it was fantasy and jokingly said it as fact then he's not breaking any laws, it's disgusting still of course.

On the contrary, there is a very good discussion going on here on this thread, with very little in the way of infantile pissing and schoolyard insults. It is topics like this one that serve to enlighten people about otherwise contraversial subjects and issues.

This is hardly the type of thread people should be avoiding here. Try less clicking on fake drama and "would you hit it" threads so often though.
