They fired 40 people. Business is down so they had to cut costs. That is the bottom line and it just makes sense. I would do the same thing if I was in the same position.

I would say their are about 150 employees still working their.

They fired 40 employees so you can say they fired 40 dedicated employees.

Now answer this question:

1) If your business was not doing as well as the past couple of months and you knew that if you kept the same amount of employees on your payroll and you knew that next month for example you could not pay them would you still keep them?

I am guessing no one is biting on the $1500 "merchant account" so they have no money coming in apart from the bit they can scam off eu billers. no new posts and harder and harder to get to talk to somoene. shit i called CS yesterday, got an indian on the phone who spoke english so bad it took me 10 mins just to get him to understand my 6 digit ibill account number !!!

me: "My account number is 352627"

him: " Ok i am looking up account 72522432"

me: " No. I said 3 5 2 6 2 7"

him: " Ah, sooo sorreee that was 62352452"

me: " NO lets repeat it one number at a time... 3"

him: "ok"

me: " no, not ok, what number did you hear me just say"

him: "ok"

By this time i knew ibill was in serious trouble

Oh another warning. Ibill seems to be billing soem of my members that is KNOW and have records that they cancelled with ibill. these are mastercard and check customers, so keep an eye out for that with your members.

Last week they announced that First Data will probably pay us directly ... wich was a good news ! But they never updated that news since then ! Dunno how they work but they seems to do all to loose their clients . Bad publicity can be very dangerous for them and I think they forgot the power webmasters can have on the web !
