actually, fuck this I am going to call first data myself.....

Morphious 10-14-2004 08:14 AM

After thorough examination of the records that where being still being charged with Ibill. A rep at Ibill and I where only able to find one vise rebill, the rest where all checks and mastercard.

We both figured that this had to be entered into the system incorrectly as a Visa.

Do you really think first data is going to talk to you or one of us? lol We are nothing to them, we are not their customers.

collegeboyslive 10-14-2004 08:30 AM

OK I called first data, they wouldnt let me speak to anyone directly however they say they have a dedicated e-mail adress for me to write to.

[email protected]

so here is what i e-mailed them:

HI there,

I am a long time Ibill merchant and I have been listening to the answers Ibill are giving us and I just wanted to cross check since they seem to be pointing the finger at firstdata.

1: Ibill processes visa, MasterCard, discover, on line checks and 900#, they say that you arte the processing bank for all of those and that due to you withholding finds on all of the above services is the reason they have been unable to pay us. Is it true that you process all of the above and that you are holding payments on all of the above services?

2: for the parts you are/were processing and are holding back monies on , what is the expected time before those funds are released?

3: in the event that Ibill folds will ibill merchants be able to work with first data to retrieve the funds owed to them?

thank you for your time

zac

No News on the cmi yet about the - New rebill system for people who do not want the US Direct system.

Do you think this will happen?

Shap 10-15-2004 09:05 AM

I usually get a response within 12-24 hours, still getting that despite what's going on. Getting a response from [email protected] isn't as easy though.

collegeboyslive 10-15-2004 09:40 AM

I dont think the rep likes talking to me cause i ask questions like

" How come you are not paying mastercard and check when that is going though a processor that hasnt been affected"

or

" why are you still billing people with mastercard and check but NOT paying out?"

Morphious 10-15-2004 11:17 AM

Just give em 10 or 15 days.

FaberX 10-15-2004 02:59 PM

Bump. Let's hear it from those who could get a hold of their reps. Any news on ibill complete? I could only reach customer support, and they were vague about dates

directfiesta 10-15-2004 03:17 PM

I have a lotto ticket of last saturday in my pockets; I didn't check it yet ...

My odds are better with the lotto than with Ibill..

No point talking to them till they salvage the ship.

If they pay, well it will be found money....

Moved on since.

:2 cents:

smack 10-15-2004 03:26 PM

i'm just glad i haven't been sending them any traffic for a long ass time.

FaberX 10-19-2004 12:55 PM

How convenient...

My Rep. is still on ICQ but nothing good comes out of his mouth.

Penrod 10-19-2004 01:30 PM

500 updates needed

keyboard warrior 10-19-2004 02:30 PM

There next update better be "YOU ARE GETTING PAID TODAY!"

imageman 10-19-2004 02:51 PM

Still no sign of any payments since 9/15/04

I give Ibill 30 days until they go under for good.

.

eisbaer 10-19-2004 03:08 PM

at least they started paying. EU Webmasters have received money. Revshareres have received money. US in not as overdue as EU were with the 09/19 payment. Give them some time it would be bad if Ibill goes under and only two processors are left. Maybe they will survive and learn out of it. (just dreaming :-) ) but one never knows. Better 3 billers then 2.

eisbaer 10-19-2004 03:10 PM

What about adult.com starting their own third party billing solution. They should be able to do this, or not?

I received all my August RevShare money (9/22), but I haven't seen a dime of my September (10/8) revshare sales.

Why did they stop paying EU webmasters? they are using a different bank are they not ?

I don't see why this fiasco should delay any payments to EU webmasters ?

As posted in the CMI:

"iBill EU Payout originally scheduled for Oct 4 was processed on October 14, 2004. "

When I am looking into the check dates I find

10/5/2004 Not Recorded XXXX$

The statement is in all grey colors, number of the wire payment 'not recorded'. The amount is correct but that money in fact did NOT show up in our bank account until today (Oct. 20)

Any other EU client that did not get that money they confirmed to have paid out?

Major (Tom) 10-20-2004 01:45 AM

i aint seen a dime and i'm still paying out on it. lots of grands down the shitter to keep the affiliate happy :)

Exactly the same with me. the check says five grand, but no wire number and If I look on the merchant payout next to the cheque amount is red letters saying "do not pay"

I've emailed Kevin and payables but not recieved anything because they are both fucking useless.
I phoned and just got a load of bullshit from viola.

I initially thought they'd done it to piss me off because i've gone over to ccbill, but after reading yours it sounds like I'm not alone.

just out of interest, have you changed over to ccbill?

keyboard warrior 10-20-2004 10:07 AM

35 days still no wire.

I just got off the phone with iBill support. The nice customer care person said that management says "everything will be up to date by the end of the month."

Some future quotes we may see :(

"everything will be up to date after Thanksgiving"

"everything will be up to date by the end of the year."

"everything will be up to date by the beginning of Spring."

"everything will be up to date by the end of time."

Remind me ... why do people not run sales through their own merchant accounts ... oh yes, they are afraid getting taken to the cleaners ... how is iBill different exactly? :1orglaugh

Where is this information about the $1500 fee coming from?

I've seen nothing about it in the CMI and there was nothing about it in the agreement we sent back nor in the summary document.

Is there any link or statement from them that specifically lists this fee?

on the cmi - half way down

Quote:

Costs:

* $1500 VISA high-risk merchant account fee ? this fee is NOT required up front and your application will be reviewed for approval without payment of the fee. However, if approved, the fee will be required for processing to begin.

* iBill fees will be fixed and will be based on the same rate you are currently paying.

* Initial six-month reserve, reviewed quarterly for potential adjustment upward or downward (no more rolling reserve).

This application will enable Visa and MasterCard processing under our new domestic bank. All other card types and iBill payment options will be processed through your existing iBill Complete account.
