At this point we are going to suck... I hope we lose all 16 games and get the number 1 pick. And we will get rid of our GM and coach. Then you trade ricky for two number 1's like we paid for him and you got 3 number 1's and a new coach and GM and still have that D... Plus you'll have Boston back next year too.. Get me a QB and O line to go with Chamber, McMichael, Boston, and Booker? shit.. thats a solid team... with Ricky or I hear Edrergin James wants to go to the Finz...

You said "thanks" about that newspaper column.. Whats funny is I still get fan mail from Finz fans today about that article... lol

It's funny that Miami has been a passing based offense for I don't remember how many years. They for the longest time did not have a huge featured back and relied on a strong passing game to stay competitive.

Now they finally get a solid and gifted RB and they don't play into his strong points. Instead they run him 25 or more times a game and just push push push. They have a weak line and he is not that protected.

So how does Wanny reward the team and it's fan for finally getting on track, he makes a huge off season move and picks up AJ Feeley. A third stringer from Philly. When there is Kerry Collins, and other quality QB's floating around the league.

They have a great team of WR's in Marty Booker, and Chris Chambers yet they have no one to get them the ball, and even worse they have no line to protect the QB to get them the ball.

Chambers has what it takes to be one of the top 5 WR's in the game if he is put into an offense built to suit his style of play. Booker caught over 100 balls for the Bears a year back so he has a lot of talent at the number 2 spot. Not to mention you have David Boston coming back next year, think of the things that can happen with a 3 WR set up. You can only double team Chambers and that leaves Booker and Boston in single coverage, and a great TE in McMichael as well with good hands. If they also had Williams who has great hands out of the back field and on outlet passes this team could be scary sick. To bad they have a coaching staff that has no idea what to do..

The Fins need a coach qb and offensive line! They will be sick

The defense is strong, the O is horrid it's just sad to see it really.

I don't agree... Ricky has always kept the opposing defense VERY honest. They need that back.

Yea, I hear ya... I just cant stand our whole scheme since wanny came to town. We have a great D... But we are so conservative on offence. he says he is trying to avoid turnovers.. Well wanny since you been there our Conservative offence has the worst turnover ratio in the history of the team. By playing that way all we do is let teams stay in the game..

And yes.... we didnt want to pay some of the better free agent o lineman. The instead spent their money on another pro bowl CB from Carolina??? WTF we already have Madison and Surtain.. maybe the two best in the NFL.. Then all of our draft picks, well besides one were on D again/????? WTF

Get rid of Wanny

I highly doubt a team will give 2 1st round picks for Ricky Williams now. He's too much of a risk. Who knows he might retire next year and the year after that...

I hear ya Mike. I am a fan of teams with a lot of tradition. Miami is one of them. I have no idea why Wanny is still there, makes no sence really.

The D is great, but won't stay together if they are not being rewarded by a strong O. Sure they can keep you in the game, but when the O is putting up no points and Olindo Mare is your biggest threat, it will make the D players not want to play anymore.

People are going to want to leave and move on. They have little time to keep this team together

Plus with his mental condition he does not want to be in the spotlight that much.

A team like minesota or philly would be good for him as they have a lot of stars and it woun't be all about him

That just means he's a fucking pussy. You build teams around players like Ricky Williams. The dolphins were guaranteed playoff contenders with him. It's possible with last year's team they are only one veteran quarterback shy of reaching the superbowl. Instead he pussies out.

Your defense is he doesn't want to be in the spotlight that much? What a fucking joke. Maybe he should be a ballboy on the sideline then.

Ya, and I agree... feely? When you had Brunell and Collins who I would have loved to have.. He's got a gun

MetaMan 10-06-2004 02:16 PM

wat i love most is the people in Miami with the "we dont need Rickey" shirts :1orglaugh

Miami fuckin SUCKS and is nothing without Williams, they will be fucked for the next 5 years if he doesnt return,

i mean they ran 68% of the time last year, :1orglaugh omg miami is so bad, i think San Fran, Bucks, Bills and Miami should just stop playing this year its pitifull.

Imagine Brunell, Collins, or Warner with a good O line, Williams and them WR's

They could have dominated. But good ole Wanny wants to push the D

Defense wins the championship you know lol

Why make him the main focus of your offense when you have people like Chambers, McMichael, Booker and others?

Look at St Louis, they have Marshall Faulk, Tory Holt, Issac Bruce and etc. They are all superstars and pushed together as a team. Plus a star QB. That is what an offense is all about.

Not having an awesome RB and running him 30 or more times a game.

That just wears him out and does nothing for a team.

You need a complete Offense these days to compete, not just one good RB.

The Oakland Raiders would be the team to pick up rickie some time next year after the Leauge drops his suspension. "He's a bum"

Glad you agree Mike! I bet you and I could do better as coach and GM! lol

One thing for sure is that with and 0-4 start and the worst one since 1966 good ole Wanny won't keep his job much longer

reynold 10-06-2004 11:03 PM

let us see if he could play football as better as he was before.Give him a chance to prove it that he deserves to play football again in the arena
