I never counceled children.
I would say to children that they neede to talk to their parents, acacademic teacher or spritual teacher. Then taking the IDENTICAL chat discuss with ADULT PARENTS how I would personally answer the email.

The only "advice" I gave a minor was abstinenc and that they needed to get more advice.
