There will have to be stringent rules that's for certain.

This type of thing probably work best on invite only or proven affiliates that have demonstrated they have honest traffic and decent conversions.

Perhaps he will have a maximum ratio as well......ie. if you are doing 1:560 for example, you'll get paid past the 1:200, but if you have 1:6000 then you won't...
