Don't expect people to change over night, 2nd generation kids are normally confilcted between their parents culture and the culture of the country they come from, but 3rd generation normally starts getting much more integrated, 4th and 5th hardly has much left of the old culture

yes some of them work very hard... most of them just work on the moskees, on making the street dangerous, on making evereone that actually likes holland feel uncomfortable in their own country. When i was in school we were obliged to get some classes about the muslim and and the koran, and arabian society, so i know it is supposed to be a very good and peacefull religion. And i know lots of people that do live by the koran the peacefull way, just those kids that are bored that ruin amsterdam, are rude to the police, rude to the elderly, break everything, and now the extremists that are a big problem. My little cousins come home swearing in arabian, because thats what they learn at school. They learn our national holiday sinterklaas is bad and all about racism, and have red hands from henna for the sugar party.

To see what it is all really like, i suggest you go for a little wonder around in Amsterdam west? Or take your daughter or sister to the miranda bad in amsterdam zuid. On a relaxing sunday afternoon.
