You get lonely sitting in your big mansion.

You buy more cars than you need.

You lose your privacy because you have all these immigrants tending to your grounds and your house all day.

You think you're going to be happier and then realize the fun was climbing up the mountain not sitting on top of it.

Probably a few more things, but thats most of them.

Having too much and nothing to splurge on. Or having so much money and nobody to share with. Or having enough money and having difficulty on what to buy. Having so much money, but still not yet contented/happy on what you have.:(
