Today i am putting the domain FREE-SEX.com back on the market. If you care to read all of the information in this thread you will see that i paid $15,000 for this domain approx 1 year ago.

I can confirm that the domain still receives the same amount of daily-type-in traffic and I am selling the domain VERY reluctantly due to other domain projects in the pipe-line.

I am looking for AT LEAST $20,000 for this domain. I am emailing all my contacts regarding this domain. I would expect it to sell for a lot more than $20,000 in line with the massive inflation in domain prices over the 12 months.

Payment will be done via ESCROW.

No THAT indeed isnt bullshit. Your previous posts are. You acted like the free sex type ins were golden and how you were gonna sit back and easily get your investment back. Why sell it now? I thought it was making you 80 bucks a day without any work.
You either really need money, which isnt a bad thing or it simply wasnt making you the money you hoped and you try to deny it making you look silly.

(1) you are correct in saying that it is not making $80 per day because i never did develop the site. I have 1000's of domains in my portfolio. I could no doubt make $80 per day if i had the time to develop but to this date I have not. It's making money but i'm not going into specifics.

(2) I want to sell at a reasonable profit and soon because i have my eye on a few other domains.

If it sells it sells, if not then it's not a problem. Either way, your input is quite unnecessary.

Good luck on the sale Terry. I saw the traffic stats and high CTR when Freakster was selling it in 2004 and I can verify that it is a solid money maker. Regardless of what visitors are looking for, they seemed quite willing to click on paid links.
