I have 5 ebony niche sites that i'm doing ok with on my own, but I really want to take things to the next level and open my own affiliate program, i've had several webmasters that I submit to request that I do, so i know there are people that want to push my sites. I want to do things a lil different but i'm not sure how pratical some of my ideas are would you take some time to answer some questions (say 10 or so) by email that I really don't want to post on the board, just offer some input, suggestions, pro's and con's on a few ideas I have for my affiliate program?

How do you recruit your models? Do you do any kind of focused searching, or is it referrals, random encounters, word of mouth, etc? I'd imagine you get a lot of applications. There must be a lot of girls that want to be part of the Lightspeed crew. |
