From what I can see, it is consentual and they do not seem to be promoting anything against unwilling participants.

As difficult as it might be to get one's head around this, is it really much different from women having (toxic) silicone injected into the healthy breasts, or someone consuming powerful drugs which change their brain chemistry (sometimes permanently).

We are definitely entitled to squirm when we hear of certain things, but who are we to judge?
