Mr
buy a franchise.....it got a lot of folks rich before the internet came along. The success rate is better than stocks or real estate if you choose the right one:

I have a franchise info site. Lots of good ones on there. http://ultimatefranchises.com/ :thumbsup |
Buy a second house and rent it out. Do not blow all the money on it. See if it is something you like and can do. Very hard to beat this investment.
Repeat every year for 5 years. In 15 total years you will be low level rich. You have a good income now? Then buy commercial real estate. One tenth the hassle. Just vacancy is much more of a bitch. :2 cents: |

Anyway, If I had $100k, I would prob invest in a liqour store. |
bump for the late nite hustlas

Here are some ideas:
-Record Store (sell new and used CD's, , ps2's, xbox's, etc) -Title pawn/money loan business -Self storage units -coin operated pressure car wash if all else fails, just place tiny ads in your local newspapers |
real estate (I don't know what your local market is like but you can't do much in my area with $100,000 but maybe you can in yours): get trailer parks instead of apartments (less headaches -no building to maintain just pad rentals and you get to seize mobile homes if people don't pay thier rent
Personally, with $100,000 (which aint a whole lotta money) I would just gamble it :2 cents: |
invest in some hookers, that's best for you and for investor.. :)
