Ok, ok, I know you're all waiting for my opinion:



1. Sleazy is a dick on the boards, but in person, I've never seen or heard him be an ass even 1/10th of how bad some of his comments are here.


2. I'm a fairly tall and wide guy myself, but not even getting close to how much real estate SD takes up. I find it very, very difficult to get anywhere in crowded places without bumping into anyone or stepping on a foot or two. I try and say sorry and excuse me as much as possible. Add in OPEN FUCKING BARS and a Half O or so of dope and you have an apologetic wrecking ball that makes a great Rome: Total War heavy cavalry charge through Gual archers look like a friendly bump. In all seriousness I really, really doubt SD had even a shred of knowledge of hurting anyone in any way considering I know I spilled someone's drink while I was 100% sober and I didn't even notice that person, partly due to the difference in height and weight.


Bottom line:


I highly doubt SD meant to hurt anyone

had this been a simple big guy getting through a crowd bumping people, it wouldn't have been an issue, believe me...there was plenty of pushing and shoving to go around...this was different...

in one of my many posts about this thing, I even mentioned I stepped ona toe or two...but always managed to extend an "oops" or "sorry about that"
it's common courtesy...and is different from ramming your way through a crowd....

This is likely the scenario. Any guy that size (even Sleazy) would be mortified and very apologetic if he had realized he hurt a much smaller woman. Probably would've even hooked you up with a bottle of champagne or something inside.

As I said in another thread, all the getting in crap could have been simply avoided by having two lines at the inside entrance, one for Sponsors and Players Card holders and the other one for the people who were too lazy or too slow to get their Players Card from D$ or didn't have friends with one.

I can see both sides of this story. I stepped on several toes when I was waved thru' by the bouncer as nobody could move aside they were so jammed together, although I did apologize several times. Trying to extract the six people in my group from the crowd after me felt like (I would imagine) delivering sextuplets with no C-Section.

I also felt like slapping several people who tried very hard to force their way thru' without getting an ok from the doormen, when I was standing there with suite passes AND waving Players Cards for a good 30 mins.

I am surprised there were not many fights erupting outside.

This was all out of D$'s control even though he tried his best to fix it as it was a serious club management fuckup.

OK if I can interject, sleazy stepped on my girlfriends foot about three years ago during the TGP VIP Blue Man Group outing and he apologized. apparently he is goofy like that.

I have possessed a top-tier VIP pass to everyplayers ball since inception, and if you don't push your way to the front and get D-Money's or somebody equivalent you will not get in. good things don't, to those who wait. Sorry, but these are my past experiences take what you will from it.
