Nobody flaked out on you Ivy, I bent over backwards for you to get this done and was willing to finish it based on your specifications but I will not be treated like a pizza driver, you were calling me 5 times a day threatening to dispute the paypal deposit which came about a month late because I didn't respond to you over the weekend and as I explained to you, I ended up having to rush you ahead of paying customers as it was and there was a schedule conflict.

I gave you a full refund and the PSD and apologized profusely over this misunderstanding, so I don't quite understand why you are still slamming me both publicly and privately when it's quite obvious you liked the work enough to use it almost in its entirety.

I am still apologizing NOW even publically for the hassle both you and I had to go through because of this, and was hoping we could have a professional resolution, especially considering you got a full refund weeks ago.

I have tried very hard to keep this away from the boards but you are leaving me little choice but to defend myself in what seems like slander to me.

hmmm...... why you chose to post is beyond me. I did not mention any names and never would have on the board. But since you did, and lied about me calling you so much ( which I did do after the first month and still nothing was done on the site) I'm sorry that I consider the following email from you and many more from you to be that you "flaked out" on me and that it took me over 2 monthes to get a partially finished psd file from you , which you have been paid for, and to get a refund for the rest of the amount because you could not get yourself together long enough to complete the job:

Ok so what does this prove exactly? That I suffer from social anxiety amplified by the fact that you were calling me non-stop threatening all kinds of things? I was nothing but professional the whole time, I offered you a full refund several times along with the option of you taking the PSD somewhere else, I even offered to find another designer for you.

My very last email to you I mentioned I am ready to complete the design at a drastically reduced cost but due to the scheduling conflict I could not complete in the time frame you expected.

And that is ALL that you got done based on color codes and layout picked by me in 2 monthes time after I paid you $500 . I bought out that partial psd and the site was finished by myself and She-Devil of ThinkPinkOnline.

I'm also not the only client you've had that has gone through this with you.

I sincerely hope that you get your personal life straightened out because you really do do awesome design work, when you work.

There was no hassle. The only reason the refund was late is because you put in a Paypal dispute after I told you I will give you a full refund as soon as possible. Paypal doesn't just hand you refunds, the money came from my bank account but it was delayed for review because of the dispute which you wouldn't drop.

I like you Tib, so I'm not gonna keep this up.

You do awesome design work, no doubt about it.

For various reasons, you could not complete the job that I hired you to do in October.

You couldn't issue a refund in the time frame and amount I requested so I disputed with paypal, as I was unable to get you on ICQ , phone or email.

I paid you for the template layout you did in order to do all the other tour pages and the rest of the site myself and I also hired someone else to help me with the parts I did not feel confident enough in my skills to do .

Now, 3 monthes later, my new site is Live and all the headache and hassle is over.

End of story.

I'm sorry I could not complete the job for you. Like you, I don't like that my personal life this season has interfered greatly with business, I am working on correcting that but I can't change history.

We are all paid up and nothing is owed so I wish you nothing but success with the new site.

Suggest taking the drama to ICQ. Dirty laundry on the boards only hurts both of you.

Real proof of the design will be conversions. No doubt the new design is a step up!

Ivy you're sexy as always and your new deign shows you off just fine. A little concern about file sizes and speed.

OK, so did Canon pay you for the placement :1orglaugh It takes a nerd to notice that I know. On a serious note, that could affect their sales in a positive way.... Should of got a bid war going with Nikon and the rest..
