In fact, name any first world country that asks the USA for help.

It always seems to be the US asking other countries for help rather than the other way around.

umm I hate to tell you this O' brite one, but pretty much every counrty and the people that live there were imported at one point or another.

I didn't vote for him.. but for the record, Bush won BOTH the electoral AND popular vote in the last election.

There is a huge list of countries available online of all the countries the US is currently aiding - their hand out does not end at the most recent (tsunami): Caribean countries, India, Madagascar, yadda-yadda.

As for what '1st world country' is helping what 1st world country' ... why bother - that makes no sense to me and sheds nothing.
(Oh, did you see that rich guy in the Benz give the rich guy in the Rolls that hundred dollar bill and grey poop...)

As with this industry (ratios really do not mean shit unless you see the entire picture for the get go), I only care about the total dollars to total recipients - sure the US's total percentage has slipped but the total dollars have increased.

And yes, the US does ask others to help them help other less fortunate countries, or better yet, help whip some radicals from this earth.

I am not here to try and tell you to stop with the hate, just answered a question as well provided an opinion.
