I don't look on the keyboard either, it just looks cool at night during late night works. It's very, and I mean VERY sensitive to any sort of spilled juices. I've had to return two already because I didn't learn the times before. :1orglaugh

I had to upgrade the PSU to a more powerful one, since i added a more powerful GFX card to the system (Geforce 6800). The built-in 150W PSU would not have done the job, so I read. And since there is only max. 250W PSUs available for the Shuttle XPC, I had to go with an external one. It looks slick, too.

I can't think of a use for dual monitors. What do YOU need them for?

I bought it... early 04, late 03 for about... ugh... dont even remember. The SS51G barebone was not the newest back then, and I am not sure they still sell them actually. Newegg has the best prices on XPCs, and Shuttle has some sweet ones out, you should look into it.

One you use 2 .... you will never go back... PhotoShop (huge help having the extra space for your pallets)

Have GFY on one, work on the other, or browse through many newsfeeds simultaneously... I used to run movies on the one while doing work on the other.

I can do all that on one screen but ya the dual flat screen setup does look nice.

Submariner on the left and Omega Seamaster on the right. I take turns wearing them so they don't run down. I've never had to manually wind the Submariner.

Very nice setup, that shuttle pc is cool. It could be used for an HTPC PVR.

Yeah, if I had an HDTV connection here. It does the job quite well otherwise. There is no need for large desktops, really.

nice box, i want to build pc soon with a case along the same lines to save space on my messy desk.
