I must admit I do not know what your laws state. But if there ever is a law being broken then you're still going to be prosecuted by the US. Microsoft and any US mail provider has every right to sue you and will though. On that specific point I am correct. |

You are correct that Microsoft or anybody for that matter can sue you for any reason, spam or otherwise. You do not really need a reason to sue somebody. If you are Canadian and sued in the US and get a judgement against you, the US plaintiff can petition to a Canadian court to have the judgement enforced in Canada, this is quite common. The point which I disagreed with you on was regarding the extradition, everything else you posted is accurate. |
You left one out... $100 a pop to affiliate at least. More details coming soon :)

you do realize that most mailers now filter out aol/hotmail/msn since it's pointless to mail there, therefore big boys got no reason to go after you... and smaller boys won't bother, stop hating people...

new shit emerges every day, and old shit dies everyday on the net, its an up and down business, ups can be amazing though.

Mo' money, mo' problems....
I don't like problems! |
one thing most people in this biz dont do (on many levels) is that they dont think about the future (im talking 5-10 yrs down the line). if you think for now AND the future, you'll be okay (financially) for some time to come.

if you are on top of the moment, the future is really meaningless |

yeah :)
I have heard beggars on the street say opposite, that moment only lasts a moment, Id rather secure the rest of my life than be on top for a moment |

How is the online backgammon market? I'd imagine it works well with non-US traffic. The house takes a % of each pot like poker? |
