I ask, cause even if you put out a given payout location, that is only an expected one and it still can be picked up elsewhere.

It's easy to find out when, where and by whom the money was picked up. One phone call to WU and they can tell you from their system. The person picking up the $ has to show proper ID which is recorded.

I would be surprised if cops can't nail the culprit and get Rick his money back.
