There is no such thing as unlimited IP addresses. If you need extra, your host will charge you for each. You can put as many domains as you want on 1 ip address though.

10mbps = ~1mb/s not 125kb/s.
Your scenario would only work if the server was capped, most are uncapped and give you 3000gb. If you want to drain it in 10 days you could, but make sure you check with the host if it's boostable or not ^^

10 mbit/sec is approixmately 1.25 megabytes/sec because there is 8 bits in a byte. It equals out to roughly 3750 gb a month I believe.
