Someone, not you guys, owns the rights to those photographs. Not the person in them.

I never understand how people can sit here and think that content like this is any different than content that people shoot themselves.

you guys stole that "butt girls" pics and put them up on pages, and made sign ups, and you guys do it with lots of content.

this shit is no different than the regular old content stealers on the Hun.

Youre quite right and i know in the end im wrong because the content isnt mine. But personally i see a difference between putting these pics up on a free page and stealing sponsor content or a photostudio content to use it on the hun but you dont have to agree with that :)

So let me get this straight... You are freaking because someone "stole" your template, yet you are using stolen images? And there is NO SUCH THING as "Public domain", those images are still copyrighted and you are still liable for using them, especially if you are profiting from them.

my board (DMPM) has nothing to do with this. public message boards are a bit dfifferent than actually taking pics and making money with them. ;)

No you share 100's or even 1000's of mp3's which is costing the music industry millions, maybe even billions every year. (from all the sharing combined ofcourse). I agree youre not making profit but youre making someone else lose a lot of money...
