Yes. And everybody around here knows that when you buy content...You pay in full before you receive it. I did this kid a favor by:

A: Allowing him to make payments.
B: Agreeing to send the content to him before final payment was made so that he could get started on design work.
C: Knocking $500 off the price when he was crying about how he got fucked over on some Lightspeed/ Webcam Boss deal.



I've gone way above and beyond normal service for this kid and he has decided to twist things around a be a prick.

Or, just give him a refund and let him send the cds or whatever back to you. That would be an easier solution. It's obvious he's not happy with the content he recieved. What he thinks of as girl next door is obviously not what you think of as girl next door. Just give him a refund man. This is business. If a customer is not happy, then make good on it. Wouldn't you expect the same even if emotions did get involved? It's really not that big of a deal Aaron.

Actually, if you would please pay attention to the posted facts here....I went way beyond regular customer service. This kid has the content has has not paid for it in full yet.

The bottom line on this deal is that he ran out of money and is now having buyers remorse.

The funny thing is that I saw this issue coming before he and I ever made a deal. I even discussed it with my business consultant before hand.

Since my business consultant happens to be posting in this thread....They can feel free to let it be known who they are and post relevant and correct information on this issue.

Dude, you can't sell someone else's licensed content. Ever. Ask Paul Markham if he'll let you resell his licensed content. Exclusive content is another story, but we're talking licensed here.
