I was a fucking newbie and he felt like he shouldn't pay me.

I never got the check. I gave up because it was only $25 bucks, but still he's a scammer in my book. Now please, show me 12clicks ANY proof that you've EVER sent me ANY check! I dare you.

No I should have followed through with my thread comments. I only meant Ive seen him on other boards for over 2 years so personally its hard to believe he would do such a thing. I remember an arguement tranza had with 12clicks as well and was thinking this could be retaliation. Either way I don't have a valid point youre right. You never know.

I never dealt with Tranza, but my two cents:
There is a well organized mafia all accross South America, they steal the checks in the mail and cash them. I have many friends down here in Argentina that sued the postal office but never got anything.

Do not prejudge, maybe you can offer him an alternative payment method? or send checks via fedex...

I am lucky cos I share my husbands' bank account and it is not in South America.

We have never had a problem with Tranza. Nice enough guy that sent traffic when he said he would. I'm calling bullshit on anyone that is claiming he scams.

I have had multiple conversations with him over ICQ regarding a working relationship. I was making a statement of his character, and yes, he seems like a very straight forward and honest individual. We don't even do a vast amount of business together, its minimal.

stop payment orders are notoriously not honored across international boundries so instead, we wait for the checks to return because of a bad address. His never did.

we've sent him two checks, both times ignoring being called a scam because he doesn't know his address neither check ever came back to us undeliverable. I'm sure you're completely unfamiliar with running large affiliate programs but at some point enough is enough.
