I have had multiple conversations with him over ICQ regarding a working relationship. I was making a statement of his character, and yes, he seems like a very straight forward and honest individual. We don't even do a vast amount of business together, its minimal.

stop payment orders are notoriously not honored across international boundries so instead, we wait for the checks to return because of a bad address. His never did.

we've sent him two checks, both times ignoring being called a scam because he doesn't know his address neither check ever came back to us undeliverable. I'm sure you're completely unfamiliar with running large affiliate programs but at some point enough is enough.
