That is correct, when we shut down Busty Amateurs we had the lawyers at Picconelli, Bradenburg and Sarno abandon our trademark attempt on it. Along with our "I love porn" one too.

After we shut down busty amateurs and closed the members area pretty much everyone jumped on and tried to quickly recreate us to capitalise on it. And there are tens of thousands of our images still out there on the web which makes people do a search for the old site. So many, many people do attempt to capitalise on it, some do it intentionally and some do it because the term busty amateurs is a good description of an amateur girl with big boobs.
