Someone owns them and they are far from public domain.

Where I come from people handle things like MEN, they dont go snitching other people out to the authorities. I just think you look rather childish crying to the tmobile people about someones site because you got served a letter from Tmobile. Maybe that's not what's going on but that's how it looks from this end. T-Mobile USA, Incorporated ("T-Mobile") has received information that the domain listed above, which appears to be on servers under your control, links to Ms. Paris Hilton's address book, personal information and/or voicemail messages, which were obtained in an unauthorized manner from T-Mobile facilities.

That isn't what I said at all. I am saying that the hacking of the T-Mobile Sidekick system is newsworthy, and if proof of it being hacked is provided, and it is discussed, then I have to agree with the attorney for XXXCash.

In fact, that is how I used those pics . . . in a news format.

TMobile has not a fuck all claim on the photos, they were hacked/stolen supposedly.

It does not mean release forms and consent are intact.

Exactly... The fact that it was Paris makes it even more "news".. Celeb sites walk a thin line as it is in order to be legal... portraying themselves as movie "review" and celeb "news" sites.. This is no different... Course that won't stop tMobile from coming after people if they want...
