i see you are listed as #18 and they use your gfy handle as well as "aka". my first advice to you is to be very cautious about discussing this in public. secondly, immediately retain a lawyer and open a dialogue with the opposing counsel via your counsel and make sure to get a response in with the court so that they do not go for a default judgement.

edit: i see they have you at 19 as well.

these people named a lot of individuals and their companies as well. very aggressive and an indication that they hold webmasters with no regard whatsoever.

lawsuits can be draining. my personal advice to anyone who is dealing with this is to stick to your normal routine with your personal life as best as you can and never get too worked up over any one thing that occurs until you have a final resolution.
