To add to that though, Dombuyer over reacted. He should have stated what happened if he felt compelled to bitch about it here and not add the " scammer " and all that crap. Report what happened let everyone else decide what they think. Also, Slavic? did nothing wrong IMO and you attacked his shit bad. Your went on and on about repect and how it is different in domain buyer industry, etc. etc.. but it doesn't matter your contract (verbal agreeement, deal, whatever) was with Aga. Aga broke the deal and sold to Slavic, if he wanted to pay 50K more for the name, then he did you no wrong. period. Aga broke his word.

my biggest problem is that DOMBUYER agreed to be bound by all the terms of conditions of escrow.com including the back out rights twice
1. when he agreed with to use escrow.com to fulfill the transaction
2. when he process the transaction with escrow.com (clicked the submit button)

as to suing him or not by making it public in a one sided way to make AGA look like the bad guy he has hurt your reputation. Weather you want to big a bigger man and let it go, or sue him for the actual or precieved damage is your choice.

Your reaction has been pathetic. You don't appear to have an issue with Dombuyer's reporting of events: only with the conclusion that he and some others reached as to what your role in those events said about you.

Instead of being mature enough to recognize that in any circumstances some people will always reach conclusions you do not like and either leaving it alone or even offering an explanation, you and a few admirers who we also don't normally see here, saw fit to come along an smear Dombuyer. To me, that damaged your reputation far more than anything Dombuyer wrote about you. I barely paid attention to the original post, but your responses represent behavior that I find childish and unprofessional in the extreme.

If you really fear the messages on ICQ, just block them or turn off ICQ for a bit. If you think it is real, contact law enforcement (I'm serious about that). You can get an order of protection. You did log your ICQs?

DomBuyer does not live in antigua, is not antigua and does not own a company is antigua to the best of my knowledge. Innovations HQ and their sister company are not DomBuyer's companies or his domains.

People behind Innovations HQ are good people IMO, veterants of the adult and domain industries.

DomBuyer is NOT Innovations HQ. I believe he licenses their name to sell them domains he buys or brokers for himself, IHQ and others. And maybe possibly simply to improve his own reputation on GFY after beeing banned and unwelcomed on other domain boards and industry events.

The key issue is whether or not there was a binding agreement to sell the domain to Dombuyer. Escrow.com is just a payment method, and even if Aga is allowed to cancel the payment method, it doesn't mean he is within his rights to cancel the contract to sell.

Since the buyer and seller seem to disagree whether or not there was a binding contract, the only things we can look at are undeniable facts -- in this case, the existence of an Escrow.com transaction that initially was agreed to by both sides. Why would someone accept the terms of an Escrow.com transaction, when there isn't a binding contract? In every deal I've ever done, it's 1) binding agreement, FOLLOWED by 2) initiate an escrow.com transaction (which is accepted by the other party).

If others are doing (2) before (1), that's pretty unusual, in my experience.
