Personally for me a deal isnt done until everything is DONE ( thus it's impossible to backout )
But that being said , if i had an oral or written agreement on something i was buying and the person backed out at the last second, i just simply would not take that person serious anymore, and i would most likely let my business contacts know the person flaked out on a deal and to be carefull. ( doesn't mean i wouldnt do business with them in the future nor would i advise what , only to be carefull. ) |
