I try to get 8 hours a night but rarely do.

With sleeping pills (prescription): 7-8 hours
Without: 2-3 hours

I try to maintain a sttong 7 hours. Looking forward to moving it up to a good 8.

around 7 hours per day..

4 at night, 2 during the day. if i can't get the day one i have to spend 7 hrs at night.
that works for me for 5 years str8.

i get about 5 hours a night, then once every 2 weeks i sleep in and catch up.

at least 7-8 hrs. daily
