Anybody who's been in this business long enough, would probably agree, that given the choice of listening to your attorney, or taking Mike South's Advice, Mike's opinion should be listened to very carefully. Even though Mike might not always be 100% correct, he's never been totally wrong.

Anyone that deleted 5000 galleries has huge balls to. At least with this one you can still get the ID's if the case was lost BEFORE they come to inspect you.

Not enforcing the regs now means the DOJ will not investigate anyone until the case is settled. Which means they can't use any info against you that was acquired during the agreement because they will have violated the agreement by investigating you. DUH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :1orglaugh
