(as you may remember our conversation) i am not jumping in here playing sides but i have taken the steps as of today to move forward if this is not delt with . I do not want to create drama here and simply remove the image of one of my family members.

I did contact brad (2 times in total if i remember correctly, possibly only once) as well as another party that is involved with jbm from what i understand.

As for the law your not sounding like a dick what so ever. But the picture posted on the server was not posted by the person in trust of that child or the parents. Difference if you posted a picture of your child and me posting a picture of your child without your permission.

We have always gotten along and as i said this matter is not personal towards yourself but this is something that is as simple as connecting via ftp and removing the image.
