So, it's not really your home.. it's a business / museum ... and if it's yours, including the contents, the artwork.. then you'd be worth much more than you say.. and if the artwork is yours, it's inheriated; no one sells artwork nowadays worth that much unless they inheriate it and want to spend their parents' fortunes. Kudos for keeping it in the family; good write-off too.
