he didnt post fake info, hell there is no reason you need his real state anyhow.

the only thing the CC company checks for as far as I know is zip code.

ALSO Missouri and Montana are right next to each other in the drop down box, isn't entirely possible he clicked the wrong one?

You didn't even realize that he entered a wrong state until someone mentioned it here, so don't even use that excuse why you posted his info.

As it it turns out the information was prolly public. White pages with the same last name and a real address (as far as I can tell). A bit harsh to say I'll never do biz with ya?????

I can understand the frustration. You bring up a good point though, should we be exchanging this type of info?

Beside it *possibly* being against GFY board rules, why is it wrong? If he sues the asshole, that is 100% public record. If someone is insolvent, that becomes public record.
