In my opinion, 20, 15 - whatever - it was a good buy for the buyers and for Gary a good sell.

im not shocked. i had gary on my radio show and he said if the price was right he would sell. so i guess someone finally came up with the right amount of $$$. if i remember correctly he said he would sell for 1.5 million. i can be mistaken but he did throw a # out there on my show.
