Welfare roles are filled with blacks in far greater numbers than their overal population. There are more fucking programs to help them get off of their lazy black asses and help them succeed than you can count and they STILL CHOOSE to live in abject poverty and squalor.

The situation in Africa is dreadful and not all the blame can be placed on the outside. What we should remember is that a lot can change in a short period of time. Look at the changes made in the world in the past 200 years. More improvements and innovations have been made in the past 200 years alone than all of human history. Things can and will change even when it seems impossible or when it seems like things haven't changed in ages. The situation in Africa, while dire, can most certainly change. We most likely won't be around to see it though.

When Egyptians were at their height of civiliation, they could have declared Blacks in sub-sarrah Africa, Whites, and Asians as inferiors because since the dawn of time, none of those groups were able to innovate like the Egyptians had. But clearly other groups shared the ability to innovate... why did this ability lay dormant until the past 6000 years is anybody's guess. Environment, disease, necessity, conflict. It's hard to say.
