I just got off the phone with her. Sweet girl. Yes, she does talk kinda fast and shows excitement some good and some bad. Welcome to dealing with real people.

She's been lied to and jerked around by Ed so I can fully understand why she would be upset with him and the situation. Ed's only reason for contacting her this morning was to try to throw a monkey wrench into me dealing with her directly.

Now Eddie....Nobody has asked you to kiss their ass. What people would like is honest answers, knowledgeable people to deal with, and a bit of respect. If you don't show those characteristics then you are not as likely to get the same in return.

Honestly, I don't even recall the specifics at this point. I know who it involved and from what I do remember, there seemed to be a lot of miscommunication between all parties at the time. You may hate me but I honestly have no ill feeling towards you these days.

For the record, in the ICQ log you posted you mentioned that having more money makes things like this easier. Money has nothing to do with this. The girl and I discussed a lot of things but money was not one of them. Looks like I will be shooting her soon though and of course, she will be fairly compensated.

On another note, allow me to extend an olive branch here. You have my ICQ....Feel free to use it if you would like to rebuild the relationship that we were once working on. :)

You're right when you say that it was all about miscommunication. That whole bit of nonsense was a cluster fuck of the first order and we'd have both come out looking like tools if we'd have made that public. Thank the baby Jesus that we didnt.



And now on an actual BUSINESS related note:

My whole point is that models, ESPECIALLY the newbie ones are lets say more malleable and easier to get interested in the whole idea if the person approaching them has a few bucks to spend on drinks, or food or whatthefuckever. Some fucking random stranger coming up and saying "Hey baby I will make you famous if you take your clothes off, and btw can I get a ride home" usually doesnt fly well.

So yeah my example was extreme, but apt. I've seen that shit happen though.



IMHO opinion THESE are the factors that are the most important when trying to bring a NEW person into the business:

Communication Skills: The girl is GOING to have questions, you need to be prepared to answer them in a way that she'll understand and feel good about.

Social Skills: A new model wants to feel special and unique. If you cant satiate those needs you'll lose her to the titty bar

Be prepared to fluff: If shes at all a potential investment, then INVEST. Take her out, show her that there IS money in this industry by SPENDING some.


This is all slated to the newbie model, but the basic concepts apply across the board.




Back to the clusterfuck of miscommunication, Ed this is where you lost that model. You were too "pimp" and beligerent.
