i'm not going to say too much on GFY ......... UNLESS I am forced to ....... but i am going to say this. NOBODY in this industry has EVER had more done for them than what was done for Ashley 'Brookes', by me and my partner John Emslie, for absolutely nothing in return other than for her to live by an original agreement between her and I3 months ago - a pledge of time and commitment to her 'business' from the time we began the journey - and a modicum of gratitude.

To those who would/will point a finger at either me and John for any actions please remember that in the 6 months following the launch of AshCash there was little to be seen of Ashley on GFY or any other board nor was she available to affiliates on ICQ - despite my frequent urging, scolding and outright frustration. Why did Ashley 'Brookes' disappear from GFY and ICQ - i heard the question over and over. And I lied. The reason Ashley 'Brookes' disappeared is because she had what she wanted - she avoided her affiliates and 'friends' because she didn't need them any longer. She has reappeared on ICQ and GFY during the past week for one reason only - because she needs people in this industry again.

I made the decision to switch to NATS because I knew my site was going to be totally offline for a short period of time. Due to lack of personal content and design. Switching to NATS now will ensure something like this will never have to happen again. I investigated a lot of solutions, and their speed of setup....NATS was by far the best choice for now and the future.

Sorry to hear about this Mutt... I know how it is. Well.... not the switching processors part... but the model headaches :disgust

this will explain more - graphically. i urged this girl - who despite every bit of frustration I have endured for 12 months is a BRIGHT girl even though some of her 'friends' claim she isn't - she is smart. I urged her from the moment AshCash launched 7 months ago almost to seize the 'opportunity of a lifetime' - I was here to help her 24/7 - and would continue to be. The difference with me and everybody in Ashley's life is I expected BETTER of her - I don't treat people as 'girls' 'nude models' - I took her as she came from Day 1 - an adult, she is NOT a child.

Ashley could have walked from this industry in 2 to 3 years with a small fortune - to help herself, her brother and her mother but Ashley plays ONLY by 'Ashley's Rules' - the world according to Ashley.

Remember - this is NOT the first time around for Ashley - there's another webmaster here with his own story. I was there for that story.

i might take some heat for this.. but a basic timeline for a solo girl site

1.) they get explained how much they will get paid and what is involved in running a solo site and they are extremely happy and eager to work

2.) while shooting the initial startup content they are happy because they are working a lot and getting paid per shoot (if they are working on a per shoot/basis and not 50/50)

3.) after shooting the initial launch content...they start to get impatient during visa approval and site launch

4.) when they realize its not a get rich overnight scheme and people they know stumble across the site, they demand to have the site taken down and expect you to eat the loss even though you explained to them that eventually people they know WOULD see the site

5.) the model flakes, and the producer hopefully was smart enough to get 2 years of content pre-shot so the site can continue

6.) model is bitter

So ashley, why exactly did you leave Mutt? Want to make more money? Remember this is the second time you left a "program" webmasters remember this, and it won't be easy to convince them to put their links backup...I am for example "done" with this

her friends are putting it in her head that she should be making a lot more money because the site is all about her.. and she thinks she will make more money now that she knows what to do from watching how mutt gained affiliates?

BIG mistake by Ash in my opinion.

many people aren't aware still of what went on between me and Ashley. I have not made a DIME off this girl, and never will regardless what I do with content I own of her. Every single minute, hour, day, week, month - an entire YEAR - invested in this girl - was for HER benefit - and I hoped for her family's benefit.

This is basically her 3rd strike, I'm not going to be putting up the new links..

Maybe she can rename her site to ashley broke when she has no affiliates...

no. exactly as I said - Ashley was given the world - an opportunity NO girl in this industry has ever been given - and there's much more to this story - how hard it was to get her launched on her own and what I went through to make sure she had what she wanted.

Ashley when I met her was under contract to another webmaster/program - TNA Cash owned by Aron Simpson - I told her from Day 1 that I could not be financially involved in her website because I would never step on another webmaster's toes for my own gain.

if anybody is put out financially by this Ashley has MORE than enough money to make things right by you. Her affiliate program launched on April 7th of this year - as of a week ago when I had my last look at her processor stats she had made NET $110,000.

Yes Mutt, you guys were great in a business sense. I don't know where I would be without you - but it was not the business side of things that broke this up. I can't ever repay you for the time and effort you put into my site, but I will try...
After finally making the decision to go my own way, which was a very hard decision - I have had to look back at all the things you really did on the business side and I'm very greatful...but I need to be on my own and really learn and understand what it takes to make a site workable. I have talked to a lot of people and have recieved a lot of great advice from all of you - and thank you guys so much!
When all this started, I didn't really see how much work was really going on.
Mutt, I would love to find some way to repay you for all your hard work. Maybe I can send you all my exit traffic or something - but I really need to start looking at this as a business and taking care of it myself.

Models Flake everytime. its never a question of "if" is just a question of "when". They all think that opening their legs is what makes the money... its not. Its about 20% of the equation and none of them seem to want to accept that they are just a commodity and there are many more like them willing to do the same.

I don't doubt that Mutt tried to reason with her but has been here long enough now that she has reached that point and got "star sick" and thinks she has it all figured out... just because 100 lovesick, over the hill, married with children slobs are sending her e-mails from their trailer, promising her the world and telling her how beautiful she is every month.

So I don't get it? Does content need to be paid for or what? Isn't something missing here?

You webmasters/affiliates....sometimes have to take the good with the bad, life in general isn't perfect.

It's getting harder and harder to find girls that are willing to be all over the net. I would say there's alot more to this story, from both parties...that you will not hear.

Sales are up and sales are down, if you sold cars...would it be busier in the summer or winter? You just don't know.

I don't think posting what she made in 7 months time was very cool. :-(

When you first came out with Ash Cash and I saw your posts, I had high hopes for you. You sounded like one heck of a bright girl. But this decision/idea is one of the least bright ones I have seen in a long time.
