I'm only 24. 3 years ago I completed 4 years of college, killed my LSATs (172...99th percentile) and had a chance to go to any law school I wanted to. I have a job other than the internet that only requires work 4 months out of the year that makes me enough money to buy a house of my own if I wanted to.

I am in agreement. Thankfully I read the entire post before I opened my mouth, because my initial thoughts were that there is nothing wrong with it. I don't even want my 18 year old having a job. He's at a relatively tough school, and I believe going to school *is* his job.

He's too far away to live at home, but if he needed to be, this is where he'd be. It's an investment in his future. Mine too. He will be able to afford a better nursing home for me. ;)
