Thats cool. You know. GFY isn't my life. When I have a problem I have friends to talk to, not a board on the internet.

I don't need any replys from you.

Hope the shaving? sweetmoney pays you...

BigRod 11-17-2005 06:14 PM

Thanks for your input mn, now you may take a seat!

YARGH!

Yes, he asks GFY if sweetmoney is shaving? Do I missunderstand the thread?

Makingcoin 11-17-2005 06:17 PM

You are getting off track here. Someone is scamming me and others pushing sweetmoney. I want to get to the bottom of it. That's the point of the thread.

Makingcoin, yes someone is scamming, probably an affiliate.

My point is that you should PHONE the sponsor, see them as your partner, not as your enemy, tell them about the situation instead of posting on GFY.

GFY is good most of the times, especially when it comes to posting cheater info.

But everyones knows they are NOT cheating. Help them instead by contacting them ASAP.

Seriously.

Patrick_Bateman 11-17-2005 06:21 PM

Yah.. good suggestion...

coin... you should hit up your hockey friends and try to explain to them that you are getting shaved when you're sending traffic to a porn sponsor...

and see what advice they give you...

"you're getting shaved? why not wax?"
"dude, traffic going where? you should take the highway next time"

CybermedAndy 11-17-2005 06:25 PM

the problem with this is often times emails arent replied to and the problem gets fixed. "what problem?" "that never happened." its better to hear from them saying they were hacked then to get called a liar when they've taken 10% of your traffic and deny the wm id ever changed.

mastamindz 11-17-2005 06:29 PM

I tried a few times but I gave up. fucking ADD.

Shitty deal though. Hopefully something gets resolved.

You are a certified moron. Do you really think a sponsor wouldn't notice that x% of ALL of their traffic goes to one account and oh look it comes from every fucking domain sending traffic in their whole system. Ahhh I can't wait to hear the excuses on this one.

Quickdraw 11-17-2005 07:40 PM

Probably the same guy that use to hack sites under 'mcommerce', using a random shave that can get once every 10 clicks, or 1 in 100, or anything in between.
A gfy search for 'mcommerce' use to bring more info up on it, but it looks there are a couple threads about it still.
A few months ao there was a sponsor here that had the same problem, when I contacted them they didn't believe me. They just assumed I had spyware. I had to get almost rude for them to listen, but it all worked out.

BTW, the contact info about that domain he is using seems to be the same information this 'mcommerce' guys domains had.

Some big boys hve been hacked by this guy, I would hold judgement about this sponsor until it is all out.

FreeHugeMovies 11-17-2005 07:46 PM

I'm sure "Sweet Money" or whatever you want to call them knows nothing about this. Anyone who runs an affiliate program knows something like this would come out eventually. They wouldn?t do this on purpose.

Yeah, I remember that scamming fucker. I believe nastydollars closed his account. At least I hope they did.

Quickdraw 11-17-2005 07:47 PM

http://www.searchenginepromotionhelp...de-checker.php

Even that site will reproduce the error, and I highly doubt they have spyware
