And when you check her post history. At some points she pretends to be "ordering galleries" from him. In one she's a "partner" in diabolical. In another she's the wife. Looks to me like Zuzana isn't the innocent bystander to his old dealings that she claims to be.

i have no problem with her unless i get fucked. then you would see all hell break loose. until that point, its an A and B issue and i am gonna C my way out.

hate me if you want to, i have no problems with her. i don't know toby, don't care to know him, don't know the whole story. theres always 3 sides to a story. i don't know any of them in detail. i will not make knee jerk decisions and jump on bandwagons like i've seen some other people do on this issue. i am geneva and switzerland all in the same package. fight amongst yourselves, i have nothing to do with this little soap opera besides being a client of a graphic designer that does excellent work for me.

attempting to drag clients into this is extremely invalid unless you ask for their opinion on services rendered from said person in question. i provided that and am at this point finished with this subject. i'd do the same thing for any of you. people enter into agreements with each other voluntarily. if you end up getting burned, as i have several times, you take matters into your own hands to get restitution as FHM is.

another thing quickly. you all are talking about stuff that happened years ago,before the fact and unbeknownst to me before i contracted anyone to make galleries for me. if anyone thinks for a minute that i would fire or blackball someone on someone elses word because of what is said on a message board, you've highly misjudged my character and business ethics. maybe once i learn to materialize visons in my head of instances where so and so fucked so and so, then i would more than likely make the decision to not hire someone out of respect to the industry. hell, if it comes to me being able to see the past before i hire people, shit i'll make a business model out of it and provide consultaions on who not to work with. until that time, i will continue to get galleries that convert, from a designer that busts ass for me, and gives me great pricing. now i'm done.

Hey bro do me a favor, Ive known you for a long ass time, please dont attatch this old ass issue to a forum on a board I own, which has that person named for a forum and make it look like she is a mod for the whole fucking thing, because thats not the case.

I will also add, that until someone proves to me that Zuzana IS TOBY, I feel on a profesional level that assumingf Zuzana is Toby is simply bullshit. That isn't the issue at hand. The issue is that Zuzana is a female who Toby uses as a front to get more business. Yea she may have some design skills but I believe that he does a lot of that work as well. She even admited as saying he was an "Employee"

My opinion is that "Ganna" basically does "prove" it.

Ganna (as opposed to gonna as a colloquialism for "going to") is NOT in common usage. In fact a search on this board brings up only 133 results. Other than the odd person, and a model's name, the majority of the posts using it are directy attributable to Zuzana, The Real Dirty D, x-stripper, and their other "attachments". If you do nothing else you HAVE to ask yourself. When a word is so uncommon, WHY, do all these people that are supposedly partners, ex-girlfriends, new girlfriends, or related to each other in some way.. use the same unusual colloquialism.

I for one don't believe in coincidences like that.

Her excuse, "I was too busy".

Not too mention when Zuzana has nothing to support anything she says, she WILL threaten to post ICQ logs to a public forum. Now that is a REAL classy way of showing us all just HOW professional Zuzana really is ... isn't it?

The only logical conclusion is that it's "ganna" be the same person posting each time.

I just searched on NP (search keeps dnsing on me here so I can't check) The search showed that the Zuzana Designs account on NP also uses the colloquialism "gonna" as well as "ganna".

To me (at least) that proves there are TWO different people posting on that account. One who uses "ganna" and one who uses "gonna". The GFY history shows up that Toby uses "ganna".

I used her, but something weird happened. She agreed to do the site, then disappeared. Unless I'm completely mistaken (and she can post or ICQ if I am), my memory is this:

1) She asked for the job.
2) I gave it to her, explained the specs.
3) She disappeared.
4) I lost a bunch of time waiting around for something that was never delivered.
5) I've still never heard back -- I guess she had/has no intention of doing the site.

Reb's is the bomb, she really knows her shit and I personally thinks something stinks, she never seems to be around, and when she is she makes promises she can't keep, there always seems to be someting with her whether it be GFY, Netpond or EB which she spammed her ICQ list to get people over there meanwhile I had not talked to her in months....:disgust

She's done alot of for us as well, and like most in this thread that have used her... It was quick and great quality work!
