Having your mom working at your penis enlargement company and talking about her sex life is just plain wrong, and hilarious. Fucking inbreds.

As long as he got floor seats on the plane, that's all that really matters.

hmm... interesting. No answer from NM yet?!

studiocritic 12-14-2005 12:26 AM

omg.. i don't know scott.. if only 10% of that is true, wow is all i can say

pradaboy 12-14-2005 01:21 AM

I don't know what's the truth, all I know is I convert 1:10 or less with MN so I'm sticking with them.

franfam 12-14-2005 01:28 AM

I know that the people I do business with need to be above board or eventually their lack of character will turn on me and I will end up in the same position as the people I didn't worry about before me. No dirt needs to be aired publicly the way it did. It should all be taken care of behind closed doors and handled respectfully in public.

grumpy 12-14-2005 01:33 AM

why didnt you leave earlier if it was such a shitty organisation or were you just hanging in ther for the money?? If youy dont like it LEAVE.

sandis 12-14-2005 01:36 AM

As far as plane ticket, it apears to me like a canceled ticket. So it became fake (unpaid).

But ovearll, I agree, Scott and MN has to stop this loundry thing going on here and do it private way. Both of them have made mistakes, so thats it; we're done ; )

p.s. wana be in my 2nd tier with MN then ICQ me 214498740 and let make you some $ :) (i got the feeling everybody is advertising, so do I :)

He simply stated his side of the story, after MN posted the details for us all to read first.

Interesting, two sides of the story. Which to believe? Anyways, wish you all the best

Yes, at what point did you realize you had a 'fake ticket'?

elmejor 12-14-2005 04:18 AM

Probably at the airport.. so that's make a homerun :)

steved 12-14-2005 08:14 AM

Scott,

You've helped me greatly while you were at MN, and it's appreciated very much! I'm not happy to see you go, and I'm sure most of the other affiliates think the same. I don't think this situation should have been emailed and posted on a public board like that, but I'm glad you got your side of the story out there.

Take care,

Steve

thepirate 12-14-2005 08:21 AM

gaarrrrr yes

Quagmire 12-14-2005 08:48 AM

Shows how much I pay attention to sponsor mailings. I had to go back and check in the crap for the email about Scott.

Harsh and really unprofessional to say the least.

Now if that computer that you were typing to your wife on was paid for by you, Scott, then I think you've probably got some more ammunition in case you decide to seek legal action, but if that computer was paid for by MN, then I believe they are entitled to record and review any and all usage of that computer. If they did indeed pay for it, and you thought you had rights to privacy that you didn't, that is really more your naivete than anything else.

I certainly hope that both sides of this situation will take some time to stop and reflect on their actions, and consider the possible consequences both in terms of legal issues and in terms of how the "community" perceives the situation.

You're right about airing the dirty laundry. What the fuck is wrong with these people. I make a point never to do business with anyone who takes this stuff to the board like MN did.

One the other hand, regardless if the computer was paid for him, he was probably in THEIR office, using THEIR internet connection and electricity, desk, chair etc...it's NOT private. Use your brain next time, Scott.

unless he actually has the fake ticket in hand with the letter .. going to be hard to prove either way what happened to sue. Even with the fake ticket, he has to prove that they gave it to him rather than he making it up to blame on them. But I do agree - a lawyer right now should be able to get to the bottom of it and see it as wrongful dismissal - depending on how long he has been there, he should get some compensation

Chris 12-14-2005 04:42 PM

fake plane tickets :/

FuqALot 12-14-2005 05:03 PM

the only sponsors you need for that stuff are vimax (oainternet) and vigrx (leadingedgecash.com), trust me, i'm 1:10 with them hehe.

Juicy D. Links 12-14-2005 05:05 PM

I really want to see the fake tickets.

shermo 12-14-2005 05:14 PM

Sounds like a bad deal all around. Best of luck to you in your future endeavours.

My question is: How does a person work for a company so long, if he dislikes their practices? I'd personally never work with a company that didn't treat me fair, and look up to me as an equal.

mrthumbs 12-14-2005 05:16 PM

It probably had destination Tele Tubby Land knowing those brits ;)

Anyway.. messed up situation. I can understand why Scott had to make a statement
and reading both stories its not too hard to figure out what exactly went wrong.

I wish Scott the best with his future career and Mensniche with their new rep.

Marshal 12-14-2005 05:31 PM

so, what's really going on here?

What more to say ?!

MN probably will not going to come and say anything about the fake tickets problem..
Scott probably have enough common sense not to post any screenshots of tickets...

And the thread became too long for sig spots hunters :)

Great post KK. Thing is, after one side started some shit... it's hard to not say anything back... especially after the way they handled him.
