I know that the people I do business with need to be above board or eventually their lack of character will turn on me and I will end up in the same position as the people I didn't worry about before me. No dirt needs to be aired publicly the way it did. It should all be taken care of behind closed doors and handled respectfully in public.

As far as plane ticket, it apears to me like a canceled ticket. So it became fake (unpaid).

But ovearll, I agree, Scott and MN has to stop this loundry thing going on here and do it private way. Both of them have made mistakes, so thats it; we're done ; )

You've helped me greatly while you were at MN, and it's appreciated very much! I'm not happy to see you go, and I'm sure most of the other affiliates think the same. I don't think this situation should have been emailed and posted on a public board like that, but I'm glad you got your side of the story out there.

One the other hand, regardless if the computer was paid for him, he was probably in THEIR office, using THEIR internet connection and electricity, desk, chair etc...it's NOT private. Use your brain next time, Scott.

unless he actually has the fake ticket in hand with the letter .. going to be hard to prove either way what happened to sue. Even with the fake ticket, he has to prove that they gave it to him rather than he making it up to blame on them. But I do agree - a lawyer right now should be able to get to the bottom of it and see it as wrongful dismissal - depending on how long he has been there, he should get some compensation
