i quit a couple months ago and only give in when i get really shitfaced. i have like on or two cigs a month now and i hate it and afterwards the next day i feel like someone smashed me in the chest with a bat.

don't do it man, its not worth it.

I'm quitting in the new year.. at least going to give it my best go!

#1 : Every penny spent on cigs is a waste of time
#2 : Imagine, if you took every smoke $, and re-invested it, how much $ you would have by now
#3 : It kills yourself
#4 : It fucking stinks
#5 : It annoy some people arround you
#6 : You're gonna die from it if you don't stop

Just think about when you're lying in the Hospital bed, your son or daughter is there with you, holding your hand tears in their eyes, and they ask "Daddy, why were cigarettes more important than me?"
