Who would not charge back a amount you know you did not agree to pay? I sure as hell would. People remember paying ie $50.00 for traffic but a charge for IE $48.92 or $50.76 would raise red flags. Of course they are going to charge back. Iregardless of the reason, charging a different amount than what you agreed upon is very questionable, wouldn't you agree? If I went to Walmart bought $100.00 of shit and charged it, found out later they had charged me $101.55 and then refused to compensate me the difference, then I will be all over them for fraud, non-disclosure, etc. This is TOTAL bullshit. |
