all you need to know about the 80's are Pat Benatar, Def Leppard and Motley Crue

Flu 12-23-2005 04:12 PM

it'll be dance metal. just wait and see. bands are starting to come up that are classified as disco metal/ dance metal.

the jeans + boots Pat Benatar look annoys me.

ratt . la guns, guns n roses for LIFE!

my first concert was none other than the nuge himself.

spacedog 12-23-2005 04:18 PM

I was heavy into the hair bands too, as well as alot of other 80's bands, but mostly the metal...
one of my favorites is Hanoi Rocks
Too bad Hanoi Rocks stopped making music when Motley Crues Vince Neil got into an accident & Hanoi's drummer Razzle was killed. Vince did some time for that.

Yngwie 12-23-2005 04:21 PM

still to this day 90% of the music I listen to is 80's hair metal.. I will never stop.

babz4u 12-23-2005 04:27 PM

there's another webmaster board I post on that loves to have people sharing metal mp3s

but it's against gfy rules to post urls to other boards

UncleD 12-23-2005 05:58 PM

Looks like I started growing my hair just in time :)

http://www.canadianassman.com/gfy/12...ytframe001.jpg

Ahhh the 80's when dressing like a rock star was the norm, and learning guitar was the way to pick up chicks was the begining of my world of 'porn'. :)

But I think I'll take it easy on the hairstyles this time around, age and genetics have kicked me in the ass lol

It's funny how Alice Cooper looks the same today as he did when I was 16 back in 1986..... Good living or good drugs? Hmmmm

http://www.canadianassman.com/gfy/1205/udyng001.jpg

And they said the tongue n' rockstar thing would never pay off :) Ohh even highschool graduation was like a rockshow at my school :)

Any of you ever heard of Winnipeg's own Kick Axe?

They had their own ritieous songs, but no one put on a show in a bar with Led Zep cover tunes like Kick Axe.

no one.
